Some insights about the 2019 show season:
The show attendance was highly impacted by the weather conditions. Our usually strong Texas show suffered visitors from around state as the rain forecast kept many from driving the distance and dangerous storms shut down the track parade and show for hours on Saturday. Nashville turned out “ok” also thanks to bad weather, but we decided to go back to the KY Expo Center in Louisville. This location offers a much better market coverage for all vendors and better access to entertainment opportunities for visitors.
Atlanta/Cumming is predominantly a Jeep market. The truck market is growing quickly but we can not speak of a relevant truck presence at the show yet. Katemcy (Rocks) is a “Moab-like” park near Austin TX with outstanding wheeling trails embedded a stunning landscape close to the sweet old town of Mason. This is meant to be a driving and camp-out event on all levels with party, food and summer camp lifestyle.
FYI: We offer strong B2B attendance (shops, dealerships, retailers…) at our shows. Let us know if you are interested in reaching out to potentials with an email blast or want to sponsor our periodic send outs or dedicated B2B parties.
Vehicles in numbers at UOR Shows:
Average 65% Jeep, 35% Trucks, + changing (but quite solid) number of UTVs and Buggies.
